
Timothy P. Hurley
Mr. Hurley has a broad-range practice and over 30+ years of experience litigating cases in state and federal court, including Louisiana, Texas and throughout the United States. He regularly represents clients on matters involving products liability, premises liability, maritime person injury and property claims, automobile, toxic torts/asbestos, contractual disputes and multi-party litigation. As part of his oilfield practice, Mr. Hurley has represented exploration and production companies, drilling companies, retail facilities, oilfield product companies, refining companies and offshore rig/platform operators.
